The Sunstone Ruby Series Ruby4BIR-NG is a premium 36-inch built-in gas grill, expertly crafted from 304-grade stainless steel with seamless edging and modern styling. Designed for high-performance grilling, this grill features Sunstone’s exclusive Thermal-Heat™ Searing Grid, which insulates heat at the cooking surface for superior searing. The system allows the grill to reach 700°F in 2–4 minutes with the hood open, and up to 800°F with the hood closed.
Powering the Ruby4BIR-LP are four 11-gauge 304 stainless steel I-Burners, delivering a total of 60,000 BTUs with reliable flame-thrower ignition. The grill also includes a 15,000 BTU rear infrared backburner, an industry-first feature that can accommodate two rotisserie kits (most grills allow only one). One rotisserie kit is included, with additional kits available for purchase.
The control panel features LED-accented lighting for safe and enjoyable nighttime grilling. The 304 stainless steel cooking grates are designed with variable rod spacing, providing flexibility for cooking a wide range of foods simultaneously.
