Hybrid Performance – Gas & Wood Combined

Choosing the Napoli Gas model means choosing versatility. Every gas version is built as a true hybrid oven, allowing you to:

  • Cook with gas only

  • Cook with wood only

  • Use gas to preheat quickly, then add wood for authentic flavor

Both fuel sources can reach 1,000°F in approximately 30–40 minutes.

The advantage of hybrid cooking:

  1. Use gas to quickly bring the oven to high temperature.

  2. Reduce the flame.

  3. Add a small log to maintain heat and introduce wood-fired flavor.

This system gives you speed, efficiency, and traditional smoke aroma — all in one oven.

The Napoli features a high-efficiency gas burner rated at approximately 65,000 BTU, designed to create a consistent, even flame across the cooking chamber.
