Since all Forno Classico ovens are custom-made, please allow approximately three weeks for fabrication and an additional 1–2 weeks for shipping.

Cooking in the Square Oven is about slowing down and embracing traditional methods. The natural firebrick dome and cooking floor create the perfect environment for authentic Pizza Napoletana—cooking in just one minute thanks to its optimized low-dome design.
But this oven goes far beyond pizza. It bakes artisan bread, roasts vegetables to golden perfection, sears meats, and enhances every dish with wood-fired flavor. Its hybrid gas system makes temperature control simple while still allowing you to add wood for aroma and smoke.
Both gas and wood heat sources can reach 1000°F in just 30–40 minutes, giving you restaurant-level performance at home.
